Terms of Service

The terms under which the Sefid services are used.

Definitions & acceptance

"Sefid" refers to the smart conversation assistant platform and services that sit on top of your site's content. "User" is the person or business that creates an account and uses the services. "Service" includes the user panel, the corner site widget, integrations (WooCommerce, API, and Telegram), and any related capability.

By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the services.

Service description

Sefid provides a smart conversation assistant based on your site's real content. Reply quality depends on the quality and freshness of your site's content.

Sefid does not guarantee the complete accuracy of replies generated by the AI model, and you are responsible for reviewing replies in sensitive use cases.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account and registered email secure. You are responsible for any activity done through your account; if you notice unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately.

Using the services for illegal activities, sending spam, violating others' rights, or uploading criminal content is prohibited. You confirm that the content you put into the chatbot's knowledge belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

Plans & payment

Services are offered as time-based plans. When a plan expires or the quota runs out, some capabilities become limited. Each plan's price and caps are published on the pricing page and may change.

Payments are calculated based on your chosen plan at the time of purchase. Except where stated, amounts paid for a consumed period are non-refundable.

Responsibilities, interruption & suspension

Services are provided "as is". Sefid makes reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and available, but accepts no liability for indirect damages caused by outages, model errors, or temporary service interruptions.

Sefid may temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account in case of rule violations, non-payment, or abuse. Where possible, we notify before suspension.

Data retention & deletion

As long as there's an active plan on your account, your data (conversations, knowledge, products, and records) is kept without a time limit. After your last plan ends, data is kept for another 12 months so nothing is lost if you decide to come back.

If an account has no active plan and no activity is recorded on it for more than 12 months, that panel and its associated data are automatically and permanently deleted. This deletion is irreversible; before the end of this period you can keep your data by purchasing a plan or exporting it.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated over time. New changes become effective once published on this page and apply to all users — including those who started using the service before that date.

Continuing to use the services after changes are published means accepting the new terms. For important changes we try to notify you through the panel or email.

Dispute resolution & contact

Any dispute is first pursued through dialogue and Sefid support. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be handled under the applicable laws of the European Union.
