Sefid is the Persian word for white - light, clarity, transparency. That is exactly what we build.
“Sefid” means white in Persian - the colour of light, clarity, and transparency. That is the goal of this project: AI for businesses that is transparent about what it is, honest about what it knows, and clear about how it treats your data.
Sefid was born from the experience of more than 50 real projects integrating AI into businesses. In every one of them we saw the same thing: getting a smart assistant onto a website took too much time and money - development, integration, and training a model on the business’s own content. So we built the whole path into a product: any business, with no technical team, can have its own AI agent trained on its own content, answering customers and automating sales and support around the clock.
The EU edition of Sefid runs on servers in Finland, keeps data inside the European Union, and is designed GDPR-first from the ground up.

The agent always presents itself as AI, answers only from your real content, and your data is never sold. Clarity is in our name.

Our infrastructure already lives in Finland; our next step is a local presence - and from there, the Nordics and Baltics.
